Professional, friendly working staff! Determined to get the results you were expecting!
Great company with competent technicians, Griffin and Jacquez. The job was very well done. Highly recommend them for a good outcome.
Jaquez and Griffin were amazing! They explained the whole process and how to maintain our shower using the appropriate cleaning supplies.
What I appreciated most was how they protected our bathroom floors and counters while they completed the project.
Everything was left super clean!
We were very pleased with the work that Griffin and Alfredo did. They spent a lot of time ensuring the work was perfect! Answered any questions we had and were very professional.
Joquez arrived on time and explained everything he would do. He was kind, polite, and very sweet. He did a great job. The floor looks new again. However, I do think the price was exorbitant for a ~2hr job. The estimator said it was a four-hour job and could take six. It was a two-hour job. $280./hour was too much. I gave 5 stars tho because of Joquez and the final result.
We were delighted with the work — 4 bathrooms with extensive travertine — and with the crew: griffin, Jaquez, Chris, Alfredo and Ryan. They were invariably polite, listened carefully, communicated well, and took pride in their work. Their conscientiousness shows in their work.
Alfredo regrouted our master shower. It looks brand new! He did an incredible job. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Sir Grout and Alfredo!
The work was completed by Sir Grout Charleston team member, Jacques, is exceptional. Not only was it done in a professional and friendly matter, but it surpassed my expectations to recover the original bone color of the grout.
Thank you for making my kitchen and bathrooms look like new!
The employees were really knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I love my floor once again. It was a huge job. Took the guys all day.
