Very professional. Andrew arrived on time and informed us of his arrival ahead of time. He did a great job on cleaning, removing and replacing the grout. He was courteous and informed us of the work he was doing, every step in the process. The tile looks great!

We had Sir Grout clean and renew 3 bathroom tile floors in our home. The technician was very friendly, professional and respectful. He worked the entire day and made the floors look like new again. We were a little skeptical of how they would turn out and if it would be worth the cost. That being said, we were very pleased and satisfied with the service and results. I would definitely use them again.

So glad I called Sir Grout to clean my tile and freshen up the grout with new color! The technicians, Andrew and Nolan, showed up on time and were polite and respectful and knowledgeable about their service.
