I purchased a home and the tile floors in the kitchen, 2 baths and front foyer, while in great shape, had very dirty grout lines and the tiles looked dingy. For a very reasonable price, the owner Dan came out, gave a written estimate and had his guy, Ryan, here in a few days.
I am amazed at the transformation of my floors. They look brand new. I had very high expectations and they exceeded that. There were a few minor nicks/chips in the tiles in the kitchen that we hadn't even discussed, and you can't even tell where they were now! I am kicking myself I didn't take before and after pictures.
