Our 13-year-old shower was never clean-looking despite repeated attempts with cleaners, steam, hand held-power scrubbers…

We contracted with Sir Grout Charleston who cleaned our shower, removing the embedded soap scum and dirt. They regrouted the floor and returned our shower to "like new" status. I was amazed at the difference they made in our accent tile. I highly recommend Ryan and his crew.

Sir Grout Charleston cleaned and color sealed the floor, and it looks better that when it was originally installed. We also had them clean and seal another bathroom, closet and tile shower. They all look better than new! And their technician, Zane, was prompt, communicated well and did an excellent job.

We have a large ceramic (lots of grout!) walk in shower. My husband was scheduled for surgery, and I recently fell and obtained a knee injury. Scrubbing the shower was hard enough on a regular basis, but now it was a real chore. And, since I wanted it cleaned prior to my husband's surgery, I started thinking about how I could get it cleaned thoroughly and decided I just couldn't do it.

I scheduled an appointment for a quote online. It was quick and easy. I received a confirmation and then another confirmation prior from the person coming to quote. Everything was explained, and when I told my reasoning for needing a clean shower, they got me on the schedule expeditiously.

I was thrilled with everything! The professional explanation, the helpful insight, AND the finished product. I forgot to take pictures but trust me, it is way nicer and cleaner. I am even going to schedule them for additional services once we get through the surgery!
