I local real estate professional. I also own a condo with older tile work and cast iron tubs. Both bathrooms were looking old and worn. Sir grout came out and cleaned all of the tile; re-grouted, and caulked everything and then sealed all of it to keep it looking new. They look like two new tubs and surrounds. They shine. We had been in our home 10 years, and our granite countertops were starting to look dull and worn out. We scheduled time for them to assess our kitchen, we scheduled within a week with Griffin, our tech, arriving on time working hard for four hours with the job finished and countertops looking beautiful.
