Y'all Did an amazing job! Our floors and shower were brought back to life and look brand spanking new!! Dan was prompt and thorough with the quote and I could tell he was a good person. Andrew and Alex were the techs and they paid attention to every detail, they were so kind, professional, and very informative, but most importantly they were honest! They know what they are doing. Andrew at one point left to go get a different polishing machine, because he wanted to make sure our kitchen floors reflected his high standard. Alex had fixed a grout line near our shower that wasn't even on the work list or quote but fixed it because he noticed it. I'm telling you these people are LEGIT! Thank you again and again for bringing the floors that my father in-law put in 17 years ago back to life!

Andrew came in and gave me a wide range of grout colors to chose from, and from there his magic amazed me. My floor went from dirty grout lines to looking like the first day it was installed. I highly recommend Sir Grout for next up grades.

We are absolutely thrilled with our shower which looks brand new. We had broken grout on our tile floor and build-up in the cracks. Dan came out to give me a quote on repairs. He spent a lot of time with me explaining the process and provided me with a quote before he left. Andrew arrived as scheduled to do the repairs. He was very polite and professional. He removed the grout from the shower floor and re-grouted it. He sealed the entire shower and also cleaned the tiles in the process. The result was a brand-new shower at a fraction of the cost of replacing it. I highly recommend Sir Grout.

We had Dan from Sir Grout come out to quote our 2 bathrooms. He was very informative and helped me understand what would be best for our grout in the long term. He provided a very fair quote and had us in the books 2 weeks later. Friday morning 2 technicians Andrew and Daniel showed up ready to work. If there was an option to award 10 stars for this business, I would give them 10+. Hire these folks! You will not be disappointed. From the first time, we met Dan Lundstedt whose comments about our grout saved us a complete kitchen remodel; to the two days Andrew Barr spent repairing grout on the kitchen floor; to the final day when Amaris and Alex cleaned tile and set grout lines in the kitchen and cleaned up, I was certain this was a first-class business.

After a few years in our home wear on the grout in our main downstairs powder room and primary bathroom was beginning to show. With two young children, soap, and makeup stains, discoloring from spills, and imperfections were scattered in areas of both high-traffic bathrooms. After attempting to clean it myself with bleach mixtures, magic erasers, and multiple kinds of brushes I decided to look into a specialist since I wasn't seeing the results I wanted. Dan was wonderful and knowledgeable. He explained the process and benefits of their services while answering all of my questions. I was hesitant at first to commit to the clean and color seal, but I am SO happy I did.

Daniel, Alex, and Andrew were the technicians working on our bathrooms and they did an excellent job - kind, professional, and very detailed. They were able to perfectly match the grout color in both bathrooms and they look good as new - all the stains and imperfections are gone, you would never know they're there. I will definitely be using Sir Grout Charleston again if we need any of their services on our home and I would highly recommend their services to any of my friends. Andrew and Daniel were our technicians. They arrived promptly and they introduced themselves and explained their plan for the service. They were professional and focused on our tile. They applied the new grout and allowed me to choose the color for the grout that I liked best. They then proceeded to complete the job, paying special attention to all the details. When they were done, they cleaned up not only their own supplies but left each of our tiled rooms sparkling neat and clean. Daniel explained the charges on the billing slip. Before getting initials and signatures along with the check. Our floors look like new, much less expensive than new tiles. Very pleased and will refer to and use it again as needed.
