Just had a consult with Dan from Sir Grout. He was so helpful. Apparently, my marble shower stains are internal and not really treatable but he was upfront about what could and could not be done and did not waste my time or money. It isn't often you find a company with such timely and professional service. From the first call for an estimate to fulfillment, everyone was professional and honest and the work was performed on time. With 1960 tile work in three bathrooms, it is hard to know what to expect for improvement. Andrew and Alex worked very well and three rooms now have new life.
They explain everything before they begin, keep you involved with approvals as they work, and then do a walk through at the end for sign off. I am pleased to recommend this service and will enjoy a facelift to the tile work and grout. Thank you Dan and team!
