After a few years in our home wear on the grout in our main downstairs powder room and primary bathroom was beginning to show. With two young children, soap, and makeup stains, discoloring from spills, and imperfections were scattered in areas of both high-traffic bathrooms. After attempting to clean it myself with bleach mixtures, magic erasers, and multiple kinds of brushes I decided to look into a specialist since I wasn't seeing the results I wanted. Dan was wonderful and knowledgeable. He explained the process and benefits of their services while answering all of my questions. I was hesitant at first to commit to the clean and color seal, but I am SO happy I did.

Daniel, Alex, and Andrew were the technicians working on our bathrooms and they did an excellent job - kind, professional, and very detailed. They were able to perfectly match the grout color in both bathrooms and they look good as new - all the stains and imperfections are gone, you would never know they're there. I will definitely be using Sir Grout Charleston again if we need any of their services on our home and I would highly recommend their services to any of my friends. It's such a peace-of-mind feeling to have the bathrooms looking as clean and pristine as the day we moved in - thanks to Dan and the Sir Grout team!

Andrew and Daniel were our technicians. They arrived promptly and they introduced themselves and explained their plan for the service. They were professional and focused on our tile. They applied the new grout and allowed me to choose the color for the grout that I liked best. They then proceeded to complete the job, paying special attention to all the details. When they were done, they cleaned up not only their own supplies but left each of our tiled rooms sparkling neat and clean. Daniel explained the charges on the billing slip. Before getting initials and signatures along with the check. Our floors look like new, much less expensive than new tiles. Very pleased and will refer to and use it again as needed.

Here's another great review of the work done by Sir Grout! Andrew B and Daniel came today to clean the Master bedroom shower stall. It had never been cleaned professionally before. Andrew made my shower look like it did on day one. Sir Grout can do what we ordinary cleaners cannot do. I got in the shower and nit picked all over the tile and Andrew took care of every minute detail. Daniel cleaned my laundry room floor tile, a high traffic area. I'm so happy with how it looks. This is a very nice experience and I recommend Sir Grout Charleston highly.

I hired Sir Grout to clean and seal my tile. The builder did not seal it and it needed to be done. I also had all the bathroom caulking replaced. Not a fun job. I knew the tile was dirty and when Andrew and Daniel were done it looked brand new. They were on time, polite, and respectful of my home. They worked hard and diligently.

I am thrilled with the job they did. The floors and shower look new again. I would highly recommend the service.
